I’m a coach, teacher, and breathwork facilitator who guides clients through a process I call authentic realignment — uncovering the unconscious programs that drive behavior and transforming them into conscious patterns of energy, clarity, and purpose.
For over twelve years, I’ve studied and practiced mindset alignment, breathwork, somatic therapy, shamanic drumming, and mitochondrial health. Along the way, I developed a method called Insight Facilitation — a way of helping people see what’s truly driving them beneath the surface and reclaim their power from it.
My work bridges science and spirit. I use the body’s physiology, the mind’s psychology, and the soul’s energy to reveal the blocks that keep people living misaligned lives — and then help them rewire from the inside out.

This is a guided journey — not a course.
Every transformation begins with a conversation.
You and I meet Zoom-to-Zoom, face-to-face, and we design the framework around you — your habits, your obstacles, your nervous system, your energy, and your goals.

Here, we retrain your physiology to support new patterns.
Through breathwork, circadian alignment, and movement-based practices, we teach your body safety again — so it can finally relax, reset, and expand into new capacity.
Sessions 9–12 — Integration & Embodiment
This is where change becomes lifestyle.
We anchor new rhythms, align habits with your authentic values, and build systems that sustain your energy.
You’ll walk away with daily rituals and practices designed to keep you connected, clear, and alive.
