Andre's Story

My journey into holistic health began as a world-class percussionist, touring and playing drums at the highest level. But in just a matter of weeks, my career came to an abrupt halt. A cascade of nervous system disorders suddenly appeared, leaving me unable to perform even the simplest drumming techniques I had mastered over the previous seven years. The diagnosis was focal dystonia, a condition that causes the nervous system to "misfire" and lose control over motor functions. It was deemed incurable, and just like that, my drumming career was over.

This sent me down a dark path of depression and anxiety. But I didn’t stay there for long. I was determined to find a better answer than "incurable." That’s when I embarked on a deep dive into holistic nutrition, stripping away all the unhealthy habits and learning the true power of what we put in our bodies. After becoming certified as a Holistic Wellness Counselor through the AFPA, I began feeling and thinking more clearly, but I knew there was still more to learn. My journey into the nervous system led me to breathwork, after hearing Wim Hof talk about its ability to help the body regain control over itself.

I trained with the Wim Hof organization and dug even deeper into the science of breathwork through Oxygen Advantage. Within six months of combining breathwork with my new nutrition knowledge, I fully reversed my focal dystonia and returned to drumming with full control and confidence. The transformation was undeniable, but the learning didn't stop there.

As I moved through life, I started noticing my energy dipping again—especially with the increasing use of technology in my day-to-day life. That’s when I discovered the incredible impact of light on our health. It became clear that light is the key to unlocking all the other processes in our body, from how we absorb nutrients to how our cells regenerate and heal. After studying the work of leading experts in light science, I realized that light is the foundation of our health, and when paired with proper nutrition and breathwork, it becomes a powerful force for change.

This holistic approach—aligning light, nutrition, and breathwork—has become my life’s work. It's more than just health coaching; it’s about reclaiming control of our lives, healing from the root causes of our issues, and building a strong foundation for long-term health, vitality, and abundance. I don't believe in Band-Aid fixes. I help people fortify their lifestyle from the ground up, so they can experience real, lasting change.
